Results
This section is currently in beta and will be improved.
The Results section shows a detailed user path through the funnel, helping to analyze clicks, actions and conversion at each stage.
Inside you will find three areas:

1. Click and scenarios area
The center displays a visualization of the user's path:
The funnel steps and elements (buttons, interactive blocks) are shown.
You can see the percentage of clicks on each element to determine which actions are chosen most often.
You will also see which files/form data were sent at the corresponding step.

This helps identify the most effective user scenario.
2. User Panel
On the right is a list of all visitors to the funnel:
You can click on the user name (or anonymous visit) to see their individual path in the main area.
The user from this panel has three states: green, orange and red:
Green state - the user has completed a certain path in the funnel and left contact information. In the list, they are signed with the name they specified in the form.
Orange state – the user performed actions, but did not leave contacts (either did not reach the form, or there is no form in the funnel). Signed as Anonymous.
Red state – the user did not perform actions and simply left. Also signed as Anonymous.
Clicking on a user will display their path in the main area.

In addition, from this panel you can go to the corresponding line in the CRM by clicking on the eye icon opposite the user - this will open the lead card with his contacts and additional information:

3. Step Navigation
At the bottom, you can switch between funnel steps and view the metrics for each step to understand where exactly users are leaving or moving on.

In this panel we can see the following icons of steps:

Buttons
Feedback
File
Lead Form
Like
Link
Messengers
Phone Call
Shedule
Rating
Socials
End Page
If you see a paperclip icon on a step, it means that the user has left feedback on that step:

How to Use Results
Select a user in the right panel to see their path and clicks, analyze problem areas at a step and optimize the scenario to increase conversion. Color indicators will help you quickly assess the quality of traffic: green users are the target audience, orange are potential, red are cold traffic.
