CRM

The CRM section shows all collected data about leads from the selected funnel. Here you see a table with information about each user who filled out a form or left their contacts.

Column Description

  1. Date – when the lead was left (date and time).

  2. Name – the name the user specified.

  3. Phone – the phone number, if specified.

  4. Email – the user's email.

  5. Text field – additional data, if the funnel form contains a text field.

  6. Consent – ​​information about whether the user has given consent (for example, to data processing or a subscription).

  7. Manager's notes – a field for internal comments, where the manager can add notes about the client.

How to Use CRM

The CRM section helps you manage the leads collected by the funnel: you can view and filter records, find user contact information for communication, analyze which funnel steps lead to leads (in conjunction with the Metrics and Steps sections), and add notes and record the client's status for the team to work on.
