How to Connect Steps

Overview

To set up transitions between steps, you need to configure connections. By default, a step is created without a connection. If no connection is set, the step will lead to the final page.

There are several ways to create connections between steps.

1. Using Lines

Hover over the connector, click and hold, then drag the line to the desired step.

2. Through the Step Settings Panel

In the step settings panel, use the "Connect to" field to select the desired step.

For the "Buttons" step type, each button can connect to a different step. For other step types, only one connection is allowed. In these cases, the visitor will proceed to the next step after performing an action or clicking the "Skip" button.

3. When Adding a Step

Add a new step from an existing one, and a connection between the steps will be created automatically. To do this, click the connector (+) and select the desired step type.
