Receive leads in Telegram using our bot. To use the bot, go to and press START. If you’ve already interacted with the bot, simply type /start.
You will receive a Chat ID in response — copy this number and paste it in the funnel settings, under Integrations → Telegram.
Go to Funnel Settings → Integrations / Applications → Telegram
Paste the Chat ID from the Telegram bot into the field and click Connect.
If everything is correct, you will receive a message in Telegram: “Done! Telegram has been successfully updated as your data collection service on Funlee.” You’ll also see a list of connected chats.
When at least one chat is connected, the Telegram integration card will display the status Connected.
The bot can also be added to a Telegram group. To do this, add the bot to the group using the Add Members option in the group and type /start in the chat. The remaining steps are the same as for adding a direct chat with the bot.
The Telegram Chat ID for a group will be negative, i.e., it will have a minus sign.
After adding the bot to the group and connecting it in the funnel settings, all group members will receive notifications of new submissions from funnel forms.
Important: After making any changes to the settings, publish the funnel. Go to the workspace and publish your funnel.
If you want to remove a chat and stop receiving data in Telegram from this funnel, click the icon next to the corresponding chat.
